Nuit Noire is a warming winter beer from 100 Watt (formerly Stadsbrouwerij Eindhoven), brewed in Eindhoven within a converted textile factory. This dark quadrupel reaches 10% ABV and delivers a full, layered flavour profile built on deep roasted and spiced notes.

The nose brings forward coffee, roasted malt, cinnamon and clove. On the palate, bitterness takes centre stage, balanced by toffee, dark fruit notes of raisin and plum, and a subtle smoky character. The finish is dry and grainy, with a lingering warmth that reinforces the beer's spiced, roasted foundation.
