EvoluWonder from 100 Watt Brewery is a tripel weizen from Eindhoven, named after the Evoluon—the iconic futuristic building opened in 1966 to mark Philips' 75th anniversary. This ambitious beer merges German wheat beer traditions with Belgian tripel character.

The brewery adds spelt, an ancient grain variety, to the recipe, introducing extra complexity and layered flavours. At 9% ABV, EvoluWonder delivers a full taste profile with notes of banana, citrus and clove. It is a surprisingly balanced beer that works both as an approachable and intricate pour.
