De Pelgrim Weizen is a wheat beer from Stadsbrouwerij De Pelgrim, Rotterdam's only city brewery since 1995. Brewed with pilsner and wheat malt, oat and wheat flakes, coriander and curaçao peel, and bottle-conditioned for depth.

This weizen displays a golden-yellow hue with a full, refreshing character. The nose shows wheat, banana and clove spice, backed by fruity esters. The palate echoes these notes with moderate bitterness and a subtle wheat tartness that keeps the beer crisp and quenching.

Crafted from pure Rotterdam water, this beer has earned the local nickname 'Liquid gold from Rotterdam'.
