Bo and Luke from Against the Grain is an ambitious imperial smoked stout inspired by Kentucky bourbon. The beer draws on bourbon's core ingredients—barley, rye, and corn—enhanced with cherry-wood smoked malt. After brewing, it matures for three months in bourbon barrels, creating a full-bodied, layered expression.

The nose combines smoke and bourbon oak with notes of vanilla and caramel. The palate reveals dark chocolate, toffee, and subtle spice. The finish is long and dry, with a warming alcohol presence that reflects the beer's strength.
