Slaapmutske Tripel
Brouwerij Slaapmutske in Melle has brewed this traditional Tripel since 2002, a beer crafted with character and soul. At 8.1% alcohol, it delivers more body and intensity than average tripels, supported by a pronounced malty finish. The golden colour and full, creamy head make an immediate impression.
The nose reveals rose-like floral notes intertwined with fruit: apple, pear, and hints of red berries. Dany pioneered dry-hopping with Cascade hops here, setting this beer apart. On the palate, spicy and bitter flavours meet the malty character, gradually transitioning into a pleasant bitter finish and medium mouthfeel.
A balanced representation of the style that invites you to slow down and savour—fitting for its name: a nightcap for a good night's sleep.
