Odyssey 009 represents Siren Craft Brew's vision of blended beer-making at its most ambitious. Founded in 2013 in Berkshire, England, Siren has become known for flavour-forward, modern craft beers. This Imperial Stout merges dark beers aged in Sherry and Bourbon casks with a red wine barrel-aged Saison, inoculated with Brett and lactic acid bacteria.

The blend yields a layered, sophisticated character: prominent oak, red wine tannins, bramble and dark berries define the palate, while fruity acidity and a dry finish provide tension and complexity. Wild fermentation and diverse barrel aging create depth and intrigue throughout.
