Sint Servattumus has brewed craft spelt beers in Schijndel since 1992, drawing on local hops and malt. This Speltbier Tripel merges the brewery's spelt-forward approach with classic tripel strength at 8% ABV. Pear and citrus esters dance with subtle floral notes and gentle hop bitterness, while the malt provides a medium sweetness.

The mouthfeel is soft yet robust, finishing dry with a light bitter edge and surprising prickle that lifts the palate.
