Rock City Smulbock is an annual release from Amersfoort's Rock City Brewing – a 9% double bock brewed in Rocky Road style. This full-bodied, dark dessert beer combines caramelized pecans, marshmallows, cocoa and vanilla, often aged on cocoa nibs to add further complexity.

The flavour is distinctly sweet and creamy, with prominent chocolate and vanilla notes that define the palate. The finish lingers pleasantly, providing welcome balance against the beer's initial sweetness.
