Ibis is a pale lager from Ramses Bier, a Dutch craft beer pioneer since the 1990s. This single-hop beer is brewed exclusively with Tettnang hop flowers, giving it a distinctive and recognizable profile.

The nose reveals lemon zest and grapefruit notes with hints of hay and a subtle funky character. On the palate, bitter hop flavours dominate with a medicinal edge, complemented by crisp citrus tones. The finish is dry and clean.

Ibis exemplifies a classic pale lager with a lean, hop-forward character. This beer is no longer in production.
