Cock of the Rock is an IPA by Ramses Bier, inspired by Peru's national bird. This ambitious brew merges classic IPA character with unconventional ingredients: purple corn, quinoa and wheat add texture and subtle sweetness, while Summit hop dominates with citrus and resinous qualities.
