Sanctum Theobroma is an ambitious bourbon barrel-aged Imperial Stout from Pühaste Brewery in Tartu, Estonia. Brewed at 15% ABV in collaboration with chocolate crafters Chocolala, this beer features Mexican El Vado single-estate cocoa nibs. The result is a complex expression where rich chocolate, coffee and bourbon notes intertwine and deepen.
