Chokoh Ha is an imperial porter from Pühaste Brewery in Tartu, Estonia, created in collaboration with Põhjala. This ambitious brew draws inspiration from the traditional Mayan hot chocolate drink, blending dark roasted malts with ancho and chipotle chilis, cocoa paste and cocoa nibs.

The aroma reveals rich chocolate, coffee and vanilla notes. On the palate, dark chocolate and coffee dominate, with a warming, smoky spice lingering in the finish. The pepper delivers subtle, short-lived heat. Full-bodied with a smooth mouthfeel, this is an impressive high-strength porter.

Pairs well with pure dark chocolate above 70%.
