Mosaiik is an American IPA brewed by Pühaste Brewery in Tartu, Estonia. Built on Vienna malt and aggressively hopped with Mosaic and Vic Secret, this deep amber beer delivers a versatile, full-bodied character that balances hop bitterness with malt sweetness.

The aroma showcases ripe tropical fruits—pineapple leading, with touches of mango and melon—backed by subtle resinous hop notes. On the palate, bready and lightly caramel malt provides foundation for a distinct, non-fatiguing bitterness and the same tropical fruit profile that emerges on the nose.

The finish is clean and bitter, while the creamy foam and full body make this a round, flavourful beer suited to varied occasions.
