Ayinger Celebrator Doppelbock

Ayinger Celebrator is a classic Bavarian Doppelbock brewed by the respected Privatbrauerei Ayinger in Aying, with roots stretching back to 1878. At 6.7% ABV, this malt-forward beer is crafted according to the German Beer Purity Law using water from the brewery's own St. Andreas spring.

The beer delivers rich layers of toffee, dried fruit and roasted malt, finishing dry and bitter with notes of dark chocolate and light coffee roast. Medium-bodied with a stable cream-coloured head, Celebrator earned gold at the 2025 World Beer Awards and stands among Germany's most acclaimed strong beers.
