Ayinger Privatbrauerei

Ayinger Celebrator

Ayinger Celebrator is a Doppelbock from Aying, a village 25 kilometres south of Munich, brewed by Ayinger Privatbrauerei since 1878. This family-owned Bavarian brewery has built a reputation for quality across Europe and beyond. The Celebrator is crafted with water from the brewery's own St. Andreas spring and carefully selected malts.

The beer opens with mild fullness and roasted malt character, followed by smooth chocolate and coffee notes. Burnt tones emerge in the aftertaste, balanced by firm but not aggressive bitterness—dark chocolate and light roast create harmony. The finish is dry, with a whisper of toffee.

Winner of gold at the 2024 World Beer Awards, Celebrator is widely regarded as one of the world's finest strong lagers and a must-try for serious beer explorers.
