Polly's Brew Co. is a small, independent Welsh brewery based in Mold, operating from a converted horse stable since 2018. Their Decode is a hazy IPA at 6.6% ABV, brewed with Simcoe, Talus and Vic Secret hops for a balanced expression of aroma and flavour.

The nose presents grassy and earthy character with subtle spice. On the palate, tropical and citrus hop notes emerge alongside a solid malt backbone. The finish is clean and dry, with a pleasant bitterness that doesn't overpower.

Decode pairs well with Thai green curry and other Asian dishes. A well-crafted IPA that demonstrates the brewery's approach to the style.
