Põhjala Tuk Tuk Drama is a milkshake IPA from Tallinn, brewed in collaboration with Collective Arts. This refreshing beer blends Alphonso mango and blood orange with lactose, creating a creamy, tropical experience.

The aroma opens with pronounced tropical fruit notes. On the palate, bright fruity and citrus flavours emerge alongside biscuit undertones, carried by a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. A moderate bitterness in the finish provides balance without overwhelming the fruit-forward character.

Põhjala has brewed in a converted Soviet naval yard since 2011 and is the largest craft brewery in the Baltic states, known for adding surprising ingredients to well-established beer styles.
