Põhjala's Marshmallow Island is an Imperial Baltic Porter at 10% ABV, brewed with smoked malt, lactose, and Tahitian vanilla. This Estonian brewery, founded in 2011 by four friends united by a passion for beer and food, draws inspiration from toasted marshmallows and local heritage.

The nose reveals chocolate, toffee, and vanilla with hints of smoked malt. On the palate, sweet malt, dark fruit, and apple emerge, finishing warm and dry with notes of oak and spice. The beer is full-bodied and creamy, with restrained carbonation that suits its rich, syrupy character.
