Põhjala's Bison in the Barrel Room is an Imperial Baltic Porter from Estonia, brewed in collaboration with Pinta Barrel Brewing. This ambitious beer spends months maturing in apple brandy barrels, adding layers of oak and orchard fruit character to its dark, roasted foundation.

The nose reveals toffee apples and herbal bison grass, followed by a palate where spice meets sweet espresso and sour cherry. Apple brandy and oak lead the mid-palate, with notes of candied autumn apples and roasted malt. The finish is warming and full-bodied, with lingering oak and brandy notes that explain why this beer earned its place in Põhjala's celebrated Cellar Series.
