Uus Maailm – meaning 'The New World' – is a gluten-free session IPA from Põhjala Brewery in Tallinn, Estonia. This beer channels California-style hop-forward brewing with a fresh, balanced approach. Brewed with wheat and barley malts, unmalted oats and oat flakes that contribute a silky mouthfeel.

New World hops Galaxy and Mosaic define the flavour profile, delivering tropical and citrus notes. The nose is sweet and fruity, with exotic peach, melon and grapefruit alongside bright citrus aromatics. On the palate, it tastes as it smells – dry and clean, with a lemon and lime kick held in check by restrained bitterness. A refined finish without harshness.
