Goslar 1826
Goslar 1826 is a gose brewed by Piccolo Birrificio Clandestino, a craft brewery based in Livorno, Tuscany. Made with Pilsen and wheat malt, this beer is fermented with lactic bacteria and seasoned with coriander, bergamot and salt. The result is a refreshing, pleasantly tart wheat beer with bright citrus notes and a savoury, slightly salty finish.
Its acidity and mineral character make it crisp and thirst-quenching, true to the historic Gose tradition that originated in Goslar, Germany.
