De Dijkgraaf is a Czech-style Pilsner from Bierbrouwerij De Magistraat in Almkerk. Founded in 2020 by brothers Hans Anton and Clement Verschoor, this Dutch brewery dedicates itself to classic beer styles brewed with integrity.
De Dijkgraaf embodies the refinement of a traditional Bohemian Pilsner. The beer presents a clean, well-balanced character, where malt and hop interact with natural elegance. The finish is dry and crisp, characteristic of proper lager fermentation and conditioning.
