Oskar Blues Barrel Aged Ten Fidy is a 12.5% ABV Imperial Stout from Colorado-based Oskar Blues Brewery. This formidable beer spent four seasons maturing in Heaven Hill and Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels, developing a layered and sophisticated character.

On the nose, molasses, vanilla and dark chocolate emerge alongside roasted barley and espresso notes. The palate delivers rich complexity: dark chocolate and roasted malt anchor the beer, while bourbon oak, vanilla, toffee and burnt sugar weave through from the barrel aging. The finish is smooth and warming, with lingering notes of chocolate and oak. The mouthfeel is full-bodied and creamy, with alcohol warmth that complements rather than overwhelms.
