Omnipollo's Lorelei Barrel Aged Extra Maple is an Imperial Porter born from a collaboration with Siren Craft Brew and homebrewer Dave Strachan, winner of Omnipollo's annual brewing competition. This ambitious beer blends coconut and maple with barrel aging to create something approaching drinkable maple syrup.

The aroma is dominated by intense maple syrup with underlying cocoa and coconut notes. On the palate, full, sweet flavours of maple and molasses emerge, joined by chocolate, vanilla, and biscuit. The barrel adds depth without harshness.

At 10.5% ABV, this beer drinks full and rich, with a balance struck between the heavy sweetness and subtle tannins from aging.
