Hypnopompa is the flagship Imperial Stout from Swedish brewery Omnipollo, brewed in partnership with Brouwerij de Molen in the Netherlands. At 11% ABV, this is a heavyweight, roasty stout that leaves a lasting impression. The beer is crafted with over 100 kilos of marshmallows and vanilla beans, creating a dessert-like character with remarkable viscosity and body.

The aroma showcases roasted malt and brown sugar notes. On the palate, coffee and dark chocolate dominate, complemented by vanilla sweetness and a subtle caramel undertone. The finish is smooth and silky, with a lingering bittersweet aftertaste that evolves on the tongue.
