Gimbagagompa is an Imperial Stout from Omnipollo, the Swedish brewing collective founded by brewer Henok Fentie and artist Karl Grandin. The name came from a question posed to Karl's four-year-old son—a playful origin for a serious beer. At 11% ABV, this stout delivers a full, velvety texture anchored by coffee and cocoa notes.

The nose is dominated by hazelnut, vanilla and chocolate, with subtle oak and grain undertones. On the palate, coffee and cocoa beans follow the aromatics, supported by rich caramel and hints of vanilla. The finish is clean and lightly bitter, without harshness. A full, creamy body carries the complex malt profile without heaviness.
