Omnipollo Amurga is an 11% Imperial Stout born from the creative vision of Swedish brewery collective Omnipollo and brewed at Brouwerij de Molen in the Netherlands. This is a beer that embraces boldness: thick and buttery in texture, with intense dark chocolate and coffee as its foundation, supported by assertive hop bitterness that balances against sweet notes of caramel, toffee and vanilla.

The nose presents roasted malt, chocolate and coffee. On the palate, hints of maple, brown sugar and roasted barley emerge, while the full body with soft carbonation delivers a luxurious mouthfeel. The finish is long and malty, with a dry, bitter aftertaste that leaves notes of pecan and salted butter.
