Oersoep Blanco is a hybrid of witbier and saison from the Dutch brewery Oersoep in Nijmegen. This hazy golden beer marries the classic dry, fruity and highly carbonated character of a saison with the soft, spiced undertones of a witbier.

At 5% ABV, Blanco delivers flavour without heaviness, making it an accessible farmhouse ale. Saison brewing has deep roots in Belgian farm tradition, where such beers were produced seasonally. Blanco shows that this heritage thrives beyond Belgium's borders.
