La Trappe Oak Aged #40 is an exclusive Quadrupel from Bierbrouwerij De Koningshoeven, brewed within the walls of Koningshoeven Abbey in the Netherlands. This beer matured for 22 months in port casks, followed by additional time in new oak to enhance the wood character. At 11% ABV, it represents a rare expression of the Trappist brewing tradition.
