Nøgne Ø Stripped Craft is a non-alcoholic blonde ale from Norway, brewed with UK Maris Otter barley malt and infused with fresh lime. Rather than removing alcohol after fermentation, the brewery stops fermentation early, keeping the beer mild while preserving fresh hop character.

Straw-coloured and hazy, it opens with aromas of pine, grapefruit and lemon. The palate is lime-forward with citrus notes derived from the hops, finishing with floral notes. Light-bodied and crisp, it delivers refreshment without alcohol.
