A collaboration between North Brewing Company in Leeds and Scottish brewer Vault City. This fruited sour brings together Scottish strawberries, Scottish wildflower honey, rhubarb from the Yorkshire Rhubarb Triangle, and elderflower harvested from fields surrounding the brewery.

The beer appears hazy and light amber in colour. Strawberry and tartness greet the nose, while the palate balances strawberry, elderflower and honey within a bright, summery sour character.

At 6% ABV, this is an approachable, sessionable sour that lets the natural fruit acidity shine through.
