Nevel Vurig is a wild ale from Nevel Artisan Ales in Nijmegen, a brewery dedicated entirely to natural fermentation and local sourcing. At 5.6% ABV, this sour ale balances accessibility with character, brewed from heritage grains, foraged herbs and botanicals grown in the brewery's own food forest.
