Traversing Thoughts is a collaboration between Nevel Artisan Ales from Nijmegen and Kent Falls from Kentucky. This wild IPA bridges two continents with European hop varieties that deliver subtle citrus and herbal notes. Nevel brews exclusively wild beers using locally sourced, sustainable ingredients—heritage grains, fruit, herbs and botanicals grown in their own food forest.

At 5.5% ABV, this is an approachable take on the IPA format, with wild fermentation adding characteristic tartness and complexity. The result is a refreshing, unexpected meeting of American hop tradition and Dutch wild ale craft.
