Pine Trees and Cemeteries is a wild-fermented ale from Nevel that spent ten months maturing in oak barrels. The brewers incorporated coniferous branches to echo the spicy, resinous character of Chinook hops, balanced with honey for richness and depth.

After a decade of wood aging, the result is a remarkably fresh beer with refined acidity and full, layered flavours. The interplay of forest botanicals and barrel influence creates a complex, well-rounded character that extends well beyond the pine notes in the aroma.
