The Dr. Hop IPA Kohatu Hop is the third release in Muifelbrouwerij's Dr. Hop IPA series, brewed in Oss using malt from the traditional English floor maltery Thomas Fawcett. This beer has become a permanent fixture in the brewery's lineup after earlier versions each featured a different hop variety.

The aroma is inviting, with fresh hop character balanced by subtle sweetness. On the palate, assertive hop bitterness and fruity notes take centre stage, with grapefruit emerging as a defining flavour. The finish is dry and bitter, delivering the crisp closure expected from a well-crafted IPA.
