Scheerse Tripel
Scheerse Tripel from Mommeriete is an aromatic tripel brewed in Gramsbergen, Overijssel. At 9% alcohol, this beer delivers a full, spicy character that refreshes in summer yet shines with complexity in winter.
The nose reveals spice and yellow fruit backed by solid malt. On the palate, a full, malty foundation supports notes of citrus and herbs, finishing with a gentle bitterness. Despite its strength, the beer remains highly drinkable.
Mommeriete has been brewing with care since 2004 in a former skipper's café dating to 1857. The brewery takes its name from a marshland in the region. Serve at 8°C.
