Eem Bok is a traditional bock beer from Brouwerij Eembier, based in Amersfoort in the Netherlands. The brewery draws on centuries of brewing heritage: until the 17th century, nearly a hundred breweries operated in Amersfoort, attracted by the exceptional water quality of the river Eem.

This bock is brewed with full malt, creating a beer with both sweet and bitter flavour components. At 7% ABV, it delivers a full, warming body. The aromas are fruity and malty, characteristic of the style.

Eem Bok is part of Ruud van Morst's brewery portfolio. Since 2018, the brewery has been based in Elburg and focuses on crafted, characterful beers.
