Magic Rock De Molé is a 10% ABV Imperial Stout created in collaboration with De Molen, drawing inspiration from Mexican mole sauce—a blend of chilies, nuts, spices and chocolate. For this brew, Magic Rock employed the largest malt bill in their history, over 6,000 kg, and used double mashing to achieve its strength.

The grain bill features Golden Promise, pinhead oats, smoked malt, roasted barley, brown malt and crystal rye malt, with toasted pumpkin seeds adding depth. The nose presents smoke, chocolate and roasty notes. On the palate, intense chocolate and coffee emerge with a spiced backdrop, followed by the warmth of chili heat that fills the mouth. A complex, contemplative stout best savoured on cold evenings.
