Magic Rock Cannonball is an American-style IPA brewed by Magic Rock Brewing in Huddersfield, England. This ambitious beer packs more than a kilogram of hops per brewer's barrel and receives heavy dry hopping during fermentation. Five malt varieties and six hop types combine to create a complex profile of tropical fruit, grapefruit and pine.

The nose bursts with pineapple, passion fruit and candied orange. On the palate, bitter and sweet grapefruit, mango and spicy hop notes take centre stage. Despite its 7.4% ABV, the beer drinks surprisingly smooth and balanced, with a malty foundation that supports the intensity throughout.
