Blinde Mol is a golden blonde ale from Brouwerij Maenhout in Pittem, brewed to the vision of David Lannoo in collaboration with Graszoden. The beer combines wheat malt and barley malt, delivering 6.5% alcohol with a distinctly fruity and refreshing character.

The aroma is clearly fruity, with notes of pear and apple. On the palate, citrus flavours shine through alongside a pleasant bitterness that keeps the beer crisp and quenching. The finish is bitter and clean, making it an ideal aperitif and food pairing.
