Lux Brewery's Luxe Frambozen Stout marries the full, dark character of a stout with a substantial raspberry addition. The beer earned silver at the Dutch Beer Challenge 2018. Built on a base of diverse caramel malts and roasted barley, then loaded with fresh raspberries, it achieves a striking balance between heft and refreshment.

The raspberries introduce tartness and fruit-forward notes that cut through the beer's darker, roasted backbone. Cocoa and chocolate notes from the malt are complemented by the tart, fruity finish—a distinctive approach to stout that challenges the style's conventional heaviness.
