De Lustige Brouwers from Weelde craft Eden Quadrupel, a dark and rich Belgian quadrupel that earned a Certificate of Excellence at the Brussels Beer Challenge 2015. At 9.6% ABV, this beer showcases the complexity that Belgian ale yeast and dark malts can deliver.

The aroma opens with orange, chocolate, coffee and ripe fruit notes, layered with caramel. These same characters appear in the palate, balanced by a light bitterness that prevents the sweetness from overwhelming. The finish is clean and dry, leaving the malt character to linger.
