Val Dieu Triple
Val-Dieu Triple is an exceptional beer from Abbaye du Val-Dieu in Aubel, one of Belgium's rare breweries still operating within a living abbey. This beer undergoes an extended fermentation under the master brewer's watchful eye, developing a complex character with fruity aromas and subtle spice notes.
It appears as a clear, slightly hazy blonde with a creamy white head. The nose reveals malt and hop aromatics. On the palate, the beer is smooth and creamy, with hop and cereal flavours that belie its 9% strength. The refined sweetness of the alcohol emerges gently in the finish, leaving a dry and refreshing aftertaste.
