Pecheresse
Lindemans Pecheresse is a fruit lambic from Vlezenbeek, brewed by the legendary Lindemans Brewery since 1822. This golden, easy-drinking beer was developed in the early 1980s at the suggestion of importer Merchant du Vin, blending young lambic with abundant fresh peaches.
The flavour is led by vibrant peach sweetness, with gentle notes of sugar cookies and almonds. The beer drinks more like a light wine than a traditional beer, with a delicate body and restrained acidity. At just 2.5% ABV, it is refreshingly low in alcohol and suited to warm summer afternoons.
Serve well chilled and pair with light desserts or fresh fruit-based dishes for best effect.
