Lindemans Apple is a fruit lambic from Brouwerij Lindemans in Vlezenbeek, Belgium. This lightly sweetened fruit lambic blends red and green apple juice with the characteristic tartness of spontaneously fermented lambic. At just 3.5% ABV, it is an approachable beer that tastes like refined, fizzy apple juice with a hint of champagne.

Apple dominates the aroma and flavour, both sweet and crisp-tart, supported by subtle notes of buttery malt and caramel. Wild yeast fermentation gives the beer a vinous, funky character that balances the sweetness beautifully.
