Leidsch Bier's Pumpkin Raisin Bock is a dark brown bock that weaves pumpkin and raisin into a traditional bock foundation with understated complexity. Brewed with munich, chocolate, brown and caramel malts, then finished with Hallertau Hersbrucker hops, the beer displays clear caramel and malty character.

Pumpkin and raisin add earthy and fruity notes without overshadowing the classic bock profile. This beer took the title of Best Specialty Bock of the Netherlands in 2013. At 6.9% ABV and 37 IBU, it strikes a good balance between sweetness and bitterness, pairing well with rich meat dishes.
