Lambiekfabriek Brett-Elle
Lambiek Fabriek's Brett-Elle is a traditional Oude Geuze crafted from spontaneously fermented lambics. The blend combines one, two and three-year-old lambics aged in the brewery's own oak barrels. Built on a classic lambic foundation of roughly 35% wheat and 65% malted barley, it delivers refined complexity with genuine character.
Brett-Elle pours with a crisp pop and offers a muted but distinctly funky nose. On the palate, the beer strikes a slim, well-balanced profile with notes of red fruits, apple juice and citrus, supported by a clean tartness. The finish is long and dry, with subtle hints of vanilla and oak adding depth without overwhelming.
A refreshing, approachable gueuze that respects the intensity of the style while maintaining solid drinkability.
