Weissbier Alkoholfrei
Benediktiner Weissbier Alkoholfrei is brewed by Klosterbrauerei Ettal, a Benedictine abbey brewery in Bavaria with over 400 years of continuous brewing history. This alcohol-free wheat beer follows the classical German recipe and is produced according to the 1516 Bavarian Purity Law, using water, wheat malt, barley malt, hops and yeast.
The beer displays a clear yellow colour with a full, persistent white head. The nose shows fruity character typical of top-fermented wheat beers. The palate balances fruit and malt notes with restrained bitterness, delivering the signature weissbier profile in a low-alcohol format.
Despite its minimal alcohol content, the brewery preserves the full flavour complexity of their traditional weissbier. A suitable choice for those seeking the Benediktiner character without alcohol.
