Kaapse Kalimero is a micro-IPA from Rotterdam brewed by independent craft brewery Kaapse Brouwers, at just 2.5% alcohol. This light session IPA demonstrates that full beer experience doesn't require high ABV. The brew combines barley, wheat, rye and oats to build body and subtle character.
Fresh and lightly bitter, Kalimero is designed as a thirst-quenching summer beer you can enjoy without fatigue. The grain blend creates a smooth profile that reflects Kaapse Brouwers' experimental approach since 2014, when they introduced craft beer culture to Rotterdam.
