Populus 6921 Blond Eiken is a collaboration between two Dutch breweries: Populus 6921 from Duiven and Jopen from Haarlem. This robust blonde ale at 8.5% ABV has been matured on white oak, which imparts a distinctive character throughout the beer.

The nose presents fresh, fruity aromas with citrus and vanilla notes. On the palate, pronounced fruity bitterness emerges alongside citrus and strawberry jam tones, supported by a full, creamy mouthfeel. The finish is dry and spiced, with warming alcohol notes typical of this heavy blonde style.
